PLACE – TIME

PLACE – TIME

Collage pieces – blurred images, textures, wear, and an effort to bring back to memory images from my city that has faded in time. The collages – hand printed – become meaningful as they find their place in the composition. I outline the relations amongst the pieces in a narration that represents the nature of memory. Often it is blurred, dark, and silent while other times shines in colour and clarity. The work is a window to important notions Place, Transformation, Time-Place, and invites the viewer to discover and recall their own images.
